5.00pm At the close of the meeting, we will hold our awards ceremony. Awards will include: Rider Of The Year (Abbey Cup) The Welsh Irish Friendship Shield Volunteers of the Year

All committee officers will be elected/ re-elected at the AGM. Nominations have been received for all positions but if anyone else would like to be considered, please send Nomination Forms to the secretary by 7th November 2015 (secretary@trecireland.com). A member entitled to attend and vote at the above-mentioned meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his/her stead. A proxy need not be a member of the company. Forms will be available for download at www.trecireland.com. If you are not a current member of TREC Ireland and are interested in renewing/joining, please log on to www.trecireland.com to download a membership form. The nomination form and proxy form should be submitted to the secretary at secretary@trecireland.com by the 7th November 2015.
