13th November, 2015

Parents, Brian and Helen, fiancée, Jimmy, brother, Shane, sister, Maeve, sister-in-law, Suzann and extended family of the late Orla O'Reilly wish to most sincerely thank all who gave us such overwhelming sympathy, support and kindness on our recent most tragic bereavement.

Thanks to all who called to the house at Carnamoyle and Ballynarry , attended the Funeral, sent Mass cards, sympathy cards, letters, wreaths, posted online messages and tributes, telephone calls and made donations. Thanks to the huge number of family and friends who travelled long distances and from overseas, especially the many young people who travelled from Donegal.

A very special thanks to our wonderful neighbours and friends who organized everything so well at our home, those who did the catering, brought food and especially those who organized the shuttle bus service, traffic control the stewards and the gravediggers.

Our heartfelt thanks to Fr. Frank Gray whose compassion and help made Orla's Funeral so personal, meaningful and memorable, and to Fr. Simon Cadam for his gentle care and support throughout this difficult time. Thanks also to Fr. Thomas Healy, Fr. Michael Campbell, Fr. Michael Quinn and Fr. Noel Boylan who also concelebrated Mass on the day and to the altar servers, readers and those who took part in the guard of honour. Orla's Funeral was made all the more special by the wonderful music and singing provided by Jackie, the choir and the other soloists.

Thanks to the Gardai and people at the crash scene who cared for her in her last moments, also Fr Farren for his help and support.

We wish to extend our deep appreciation to the Funeral Directors, Eddie Murphy (Inishowen Funeral Directors) and Briody Funeral Directors, (Kilnaleck) for the caring and dignified manner in which they carried out all the funeral arrangements.

As a token of our appreciation to everyone the family has decided to make a donation to Donegal Youth Services to assist her colleagues continue the work Orla was so dedicated to. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
